    Slow Motion Life – images guided by a minimalist yet refined aesthetic...



    PIO’s new winter campaign comes to life through the lens of Blanca Buisán and documented on film by Vegas

    Buisán captures the mood of slow living on set in the soft glow of the early morning sun. The models stroll through the park, finding joy in simple moments and unhurried movements, favouring natural gestures over rigid poses to convey warmth and sincerity. Natural light shapes the photography, enhancing the organic feel of the session and producing delicate contrasts and rich textures. The collection’s palette of black, white, and deep browns is set against natural greens, sky blues, and shifting whites in the landscape. Emphasising diversity, authenticity, and simplicity, the work remains true to PIO’s distinctive creative vision.

    Vegas extends this atmosphere in film, blending dark tones with gentle halos of light, wide sweeping shots with intimate close-ups. The editing unfolds at a contemplative rhythm, allowing space to absorb the imagery, while subtle sound design enriches the mood without overwhelming it.

    More than a campaign, Slow Motion Life becomes an invitation: to dwell in stillness, to see beauty in restraint, and to rediscover the intimacy of the present moment.

    PIO new winter campaign Team:

    The Power Of Flowers

      PIO. and the photographer Liliana Osorio have combined their creative visions in this capsule collab collection, inspired by the power of the language of flowers. Bringing versatile pieces meticulously crafted from natural fibres that evoke feelings of freshness and connection to nature.

      The Inspo: From ancient times to today, flowers have been a universal language of emotion, expressing deep feelings and harmony. They symbolise everything from beauty and fertility to the transience of life, and used to convey unspoken messages. Each flower had a specific meaning in the language of flowers.





      The Collab: Our collaboration with Liliana Osorio brings a new artistic dimension to this collection. All pieces are adorned with images of natural flowers, meticulously selected and cared for by the photographer, then captured and transformed into exclusive prints.

      The Pieces: Delicate and versatile designs, to create avant-garde and visually unique pieces suitable for both the beach and the city.


      St Barth dress features a relaxed and cocooning silhouette adorned with a bold Phalaenopsis Orchid print. Designed with an extreme drop armhole, crafted from a breathable linen-cotton blend, making it perfect for warm weather.

      Santorini dress is designed in a loose, floaty silhouette decorated with an Orchids print. Made from100% Silk and it has an extreme drop armhole. Style it over a minimal slip dress and sandals for an evening dinner, or layer it over a bikini for a chic poolside look.

      Meet The Makers:

      Pio & Lili

      Liliana Osorio, a Venezuelan architect and photographer, is known for her editorial portraits, still life, and floral photography using experimental techniques. Her delicate style, always featuring natural light, defines her work. Flowers are a constant source of inspiration for her. For this project, she chose the Phalaenopsis Orchid due to its deep spiritual connection to purity and renewal, symbolising her roots and Venezuela's lush nature.


      Pio is the designer behind the slow-fashion brand Pio Rio Branco, which was founded in Yorkshire, UK, and relocated to Spain in 2023. The brand is renowned for its unique, limited-edition pieces and distinctive silhouettes, meticulously handcrafted with utmost attention to detail in its Madrid studio.

      Fresh & Fruity, With a Hint of Tropicalia

        Embrace balmy summer evenings with a jug of our Tilda’s Punch, a fruity and fresh drink to cool down at the end of a hot day. Created by PIO to celebrate our Resort Drops.

        TILDA’S PUNCH:

        • 1 mango sliced

        • 2 oranges

        • 2 limes

        • 1 large bunch of fresh basil

        • 1 handful of fresh raspberries

        • 2 tbs muscovado sugar

        • 1 bottle of Cria Cuervos’ Matilda Frizzante

        • 100 ml Cachaça Ypioca Prata

        GLASSWARE:

        • Jug

        • Highball glass

        GARNISHING:

        • 1 small bunch of fresh basil

        • raspberries

        • Mango slice

        METHOD:

        • Slice the mango.

        • Slice one orange and one lime.

        • Put the mango, lime sliced, orange sliced, raspberries, some basil leaves and muscovado sugar into a jug.



        • Add the juice of one lime and the juice of one orange.

        • Slightly squash the fruits with a wooden spoon to break it down and release the flavours.

        • Add the Ypioca Cachaça and stir. Allow to sit for 5 minutes.



        • Add the rest of the Basil.

        • Fill the jug with cubed ice and top up with Matilda Frizzante.

        • Fill the glasses with ice and pour in the cocktail.

        • Garnish with some raspberries, mango slice and fresh basil and straw and serve.
