Shipping Policy
We ship from Madrid, Spain.

When your parcel is delivered you will be asked to sign for it as proof of receipt.

When you place an order, it will take us 3 - 5 days to dispatch. We will send you an email letting you know when your product is shipped.

Please note that all shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. This website will automatically display prices without EU sales tax. All relevant import taxes and duties must be paid by you when the item is delivered. We recommend that you contact your local customs authority to determine the import taxes and costs and a landed cost price prior to submitting your order.

Return & Exchange Policy
Please handle your item with care while you decide whether to keep it. Hand-knitted pieces and handmade embroideries are crafted by artisans, and slight variations are a natural result of their work — this uniqueness is what makes each piece special.

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase but in case you want to return your product, please let us know within 2 days of receiving your shipment at info@pioriobranco.com for the returns conditions and the shipping address. We accept returns within 10 business days after shipment has been made.

Returned items must be in perfect, unworn, and original condition with the receipt, tags attached, and dust bag included. Items that are damaged, soiled, altered, or otherwise not in their original condition may not be accepted and could be sent back to you.

Return Shipping Costs:
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) returns. Please use a tracked and insured shipping method and retaining the proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds & Exchanges:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets all return criteria, we will issue a refund for the amount you actually paid for the product (excluding any shipping fees, taxes, or import duties). If you used a discount code, your refund will reflect the discounted price, not the original full price.

If you request an exchange, we will confirm receipt of your return via email and either send your replacement item or provide your store credit amount.
