Shipping Policy
We ship from Madrid, Spain.

When your parcel is delivered you will be asked to sign for it as proof of receipt.

When you place an order, it will take us 2 -3 days to dispatch. We will send you an email letting you know when your product is shipped.

Please note that all shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. This website will automatically display prices without EU sales tax. All relevant import taxes and duties must be paid by you when the item is delivered. We recommend that you contact your local customs authority to determine the import taxes and costs and a landed cost price prior to submitting your order.

Return & Exchange Policy
Please handle your piece carefully if you are still deciding whether you will be keeping it. Please, notice that hand-knitted pieces and handmade embroideries are not flawless, differences are the result of artisanal work, that's what makes our pieces unique.

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase but in case you want to return your product, please let us know within 2 days of receiving your shipment at info@pioriobranco.com for the returns conditions and the shipping address. We accept returns within ten business days after shipment has been made.

Please return your item in perfect unworn and original condition with the receipt, tags attached and dustbag. Any items that are returned to us in a damaged, soiled or otherwise altered and less than perfect condition may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Merchandise returned for exchange must be returned pre-paid, as we are unable to accept COD (cash on delivery) returns. We recommend that you insure the parcel is tracked and insured to an appropriate value. Please retain a copy of the proof of postage certificate and ensure that the goods are adequately covered for compensation. We are not responsible for any items lost in the post. A refund for the full value of the items will be issued excluding any taxes or import duties incurred following an inspection of the piece to ensure all criteria are met.
